Digital Life International(DLI) Return & Exchange Policy
DLI backs all of there items with a 100% satisfaction guarantee
to all our customers. We want all of our customers to feel 100% satisfied with
the item in which they receive. For this we are determined to ensure your
continued satisfaction. For DLI online purchases, we are able to
accept merchandise for a refund or exchange when accompanied by the original
sales invoice.
Exchanges:
We exchange all orders for FREE. All exchange request(s) are to be via email,
live chat, or phone within five (5) days of receiving your item. The item(s) you
are exchanging must be in Brand New and Unopened. If the product does look
opened or used, DLI (we) have the right to not accept the exchange.
In order to process your return, please make sure to include the transaction
receipt with your return. (This means your order number, your full names used
while purchased, and when you ordered.)
Refunds:
If you are NOT satisfied with your order you may return the product for a
refund. We will refund all customers Minus the original shipping fee. This also
means the shipping in which you paid for the item to return to us. Please allow
2-4 BUSINESS Days for refunds to post to the credit card used during purchase of
order
