DLI Performance Products maintains an in-house tech support center, staffed by knowledgeable personnel with years of experience, which not only gives immediate support to customers, but also is incorporated into the feed back channel to assist in constantly improving each and every product line. We do not outsource our technical support as we feel that when you purchase a DLI product, you did it because you wanted the best, and quality tech support is part of the deal. This technical support extends as far as free software upgrades for applicable products.
