Shipping Policy            

Once order is purchase it will then only take 4-5 days TOPS for the item to arrive at your home. We do not ship items on Saturday. Electronicfiend.com is closed from Sunday - Saturday  (we work a lot so we do need a break). We give free tracking with your order also.

Out-of-Stock Products         

If item is out of stock we will inform the customer right away. We will offer the customer store credit, another item, wait for item to restock (takes about 3-4 days) or a full refund.

Returns           

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and or workmanship up to 90 days. Once item is sent back to us we will then ship you a brand new (working) item. We do not give cash refunds back, ONLY STORE CREDIT OR A TRADE/REPLACEMENT! You also get a 10% discount for you next order for all your troubles.

Typographical Errors           

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
